Very Good
Lobby and stairs are nice, in a mix between modern and industrial, lobby staff was kind and room large. Bathroom not so much large but with a very nice shower
Breakfast was not at my stardard level for a 4 stars hotel.

Shower a bit dirty and the corridors where the lift is the walls were very deteriorate and full of mould

Location Good attention to detail Spacious room Comfortable bed Nespresso machine in the room Spacious bathroom
Had to pay for upgrade on wedding anniversary when the hotel was very quite. Hotel didn’t organize anything complementary for our wedding anniversary. For the money we paid we expected the minibar drinks to be included.

Enjoyable.
Location was great. Easy walk to train station for day travel to Cinque Terre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Reception went above and beyond helping me with booked parking. The breakfast was very good value. Surpassed my expectations.
